In Process Inspection

Precision Tube Bending’s Quality Management System includes definition and compliance requirements for in-process and final inspection of all parts.  First Article Inspection to the industry standard specification AS9102 is available for intricate bends and assemblies. Please specify in your Request for Quotation if you require first article inspection.

PTB quality assurance personnel have many years of experience and are experts in current day inspection techniques.  AWS trained and Certified Weld Inspectors inspect 100% of the fusion and resistance welds we make.
